General compatibility question

Dear all,

I am currently implementing a solution based on Windows CE and eToken. I am experiencing a lot of problems because there is no official support for this windows from Aladdin. Is anyone of you played with opensc, openct projects ( if they are supported under Win CE ) and if yes what are the results? Thank you all for your time.
