Weird problem.
On first ATR request it gives correct ATR, but after that it
gives out
wrong and stays so until I remove and plug card back in.
Doesn't metter if I do "openct-tool atr" or
"opensc-tool --atr", any ideas?

Yes,

Reiner SCT with Display returns sometimes the warm ATR
instead of the cold
ATR. Reiner explained that with the different accreditation
that reader has.

In case you have to depend on ATRs you need to check for
cold and warm ATR.
Otherwise you might run into problems on some reader.

So this is readers issue? Can it be fixed in openct, like
giving out
cold atr every time? This second ATR breaks things since
opensc are
looking for cold ATR...

This is not exaclyt wird but a known feature (can't quote
the spec
though..). There is a cold ATR and a warm ATR and you need
to do a
'hard reset' (or re-plug the card) to get the 'cold' ATR.

The card driver you are trying to use should match both hot
and warm
ATR-s (card-mcrd.c and Estonian eID do that)
