Hi all,
I'm trying to use the SunRay internal smart card reader
in a Solaris 10 x86 + SRSS 4.0 environment.
I downloaded the latest OpenCT 0.6.14 version. I
successfully
built the packages under the solaris directory and
installed
them with pkgadd under solaris 10.
The first question is: why two packages? The first install
files
under /opt/SUNWut (server side) the other under /usr (client
side).
I don't understand how and when I have to use them. Is there
some
doc about their usage and which is the interaction between
the client
and the server packages?
Another question: under a sunray user session, openct does
not recognize
anyway the sunray internal reader. Maybe have I to modify
openct.conf
file and add sunray reader configuration? How can I do this?
Which
are the correct parameters?
I succeeded only to use openct with an Aladdin etoken pro
plugged
in the sunray usb port. Is openct software suitable only for
usb smartcard?
Sorry for this bunch of questions, but maybe I'm a little
confused
and rather desperate!!
