Yep that works for me as well.
I compiled in Cygwin
Moved them over to VISTA SP1 into the directory with the
cygwin DLL's and I am happily talking to the Aladdin token.

NICE!

Just checked it out using the new cygwin
environment
I don't have an OpenSC card, but looks like it
is working!!!
Just remember that the provider is
opensc-pkcs11.dll and not
            opensc-pkcs11.so.

Okay wait....
When I compiled the opensc it never created the
opensc-pkcs11.dll
So I am using it from the SCB installation. Is this
expected?

The /usr/local/bin directory has:
   57926 Mar 19 16:07 cardos-info.exe
  133340 Mar 19 16:07 cryptoflex-tool.exe
 1575841 Mar 19 16:03 cygopensc-2.dll
  461988 Mar 19 16:04 cygpkcs15init-2.dll
   65832 Mar 19 16:01 cygscconf-2.dll
   63550 Mar 19 16:07 eidenv.exe
  102464 Mar 19 16:07 netkey-tool.exe
    1972 Mar 19 16:01 opensc-config
  121483 Mar 19 16:06 opensc-explorer.exe
