install:1.1.x-to-1.2.x

(started a new thread from a devel discuttion)

Everybody is encouraged to update the page below:

If you do not know how to explain clear, but you know (feel)
something 
changed from 1.1.x to 1.2.0 in a module or other place, just
introduce 
in bold red a short phrase at the beginning or in module's
section. 
Someone will see later and elaborate it.
