Future of cab-discuss?

Now that {we're migrating, we've migrated} to ogb-discuss,
what
should happen to new posts to cab-discuss?  Drop 'em on the
floor,
forward the to ogb-discuss, or bounce them with a suitable
message
directing the sender to ogb-discuss?

Reject all with a notice that the list is now closed and all
future
threads should be opened on ogb-discuss.

If we can close the list, but keep the archives open, then I
think that's enough.

My opinion is that the last choice is the best one. 

There is a fourth, which is forward them _and_ send a
message
redirecting the sender for future posts.
