thanks for the insight! i'll give it a try next time i'm tempted to
use swhx ;) sounds sweet!

matthias: i absolutely understand your decision  *g*  same for
me; but swhx and haxe aren't that difficult to understand  the
biggest problem they have is, that it SEEMS to be complex...
just wanted to make this clear; my concern was that swhx might
disappear if no one is going to use it. i'm glad that this doesn't
seem to be the case

You can use it to change any icon in an .exe file. So if you use it to
change the bootloader .exe, then the icon for the SWHX window will
match that.
