which bootldr image

Which boot loader image is for use by the bootblaster 3900? 
bootldr-2.x.bin are all reportedly not valid boot loader
images.

bootldr-pxa-2.21.12.bin and bootldr-pxa-2.21.12.bin.gz
should be safe bets
