Problem to compile code with Open Embedded

Dear,

 

I've downloaded the Open Embedded to compile the familiar code for my iPAQ, but I have a problem to compile the tslib package. It seems that it fails to access the server which hosts the library, so I'm wondering if there is any other alternative way to solve this issue. I appreciate your help.
