I've done some digging but I can't for the life of me find
anyone mentioning
if they've gotten this to work. I'm trying to use opiemail
to get gmail (I've
set up an account just for this). My settings for POP3 are:
Account: Gmail POP3
Server: pop.gmail.com
Port: 995
Use Secure Sockets: Always, Negotiated
User: <myuser> gmail.com
Password: <my password>
Ask Before Downloading Large Emails is selected and at 2MB
SMTP is basically the same but server is smtp.gmail.com and
port is 465
I noticed in the config even though SSL is set to Always,
Negotiate that the
Use SSL was set to 0 (SSL = 0) so I manually changed this to
one. Is it
possible something isn't being read properly? Or could I be
missing a package?
I've looked but nothing is popping. Is it possible to get
gmail using
opiemail? anyone had any successes?
