Trying to boot OPIE on rx3115

I have my sd card partitioned.  I have haret, default.txt and zImage on FAT Partition.  I have extracted an opie filesystem to the EXT2 partition. ; When booting I get the following error.

 

Kernel Panic - Not Syncing:  No init found.  Try passing init=option to kernel.

 

Any help is appreciated.
