Hello, searching in the web i've found your site.
Can you help me?
Do you think that i can resolve my problem only with a craddle and a windows pc?
THE PROBLEM:
After a regular restore on my h3850, i have made a soft reset (as required) and the pocket PC don't start.
I can only :
- turn on with soft reset, but there is no boot (screen white & red with compaq logo).
- turn off with hard reset.
- pressing together buttons 2, 4, ON and soft reset i can see a screen with "remote USB update". Connecting the craddle and running original CD compaq: "error 101 communication".
 
Otherwise, do you think that the pocket pc is able to be used also with other O.S.?
