Problem when connecting IPAQ hx2790(wm5.0) to Linux(fc7 2.6.21) via the serial cable

Hi,
	I'm trying to connect my 2790(wm5.0) to Linux (fc7
2.6.21)via the serial  
cable.here is the way i follows :

encountered several  
problems:

1.	I find no way to finish the WinCE Configuration because i
can't find  
way to creat a new direct connection on wm5.0(i can't find
'Start/  
Programs/ Communication/Connections/PC Connection/Enable
Direct  
Connections' etc.. ).then how can i config the wm5.0
(so-called  wince5.0)  
to make the "Direct Connection"?

2.	Leave the configuration on wm5.0 alone,here's my config
files on Linux:

Do i need some patch on Linux to make all work like SynCE
