Hi,
somehow things went wrong now.
First, i was installing familiar the normal way which worked
nicely.
I had random trouble with WiFi and looking for a fix i found
i had to
run a update which required wince.Following the instructions
for
restoring win ce i had some trouble, since it did hang upon
booting win.
Removing the battery fixed this and now win ce boots nicely,
except a
few problems:
-It wont run off battery power, even though its on full
charge, pluged
in correctly and all, it just suspends immediately upon
removing it from
the cradle.
-It identifies itself as something strange, the firmware
updating
program tells me version and all as strange chars and doesnt
feel like
updating the firmware.
So im now left with a brick that boots nicely but isnt
useable at all.
Any suggestions on getting it back to some useful state?
Preferably a state where it correctly runs win ce to get the
update done.
