we haven't changed the process of handling FEATURE tasks
(most of them
which need a specification are this type of issue).
We only have written down what others do and where we failed
*to create*
(high quality) *specifications*. Also we have described who
is intended
readership and why. Also some helpful words about how to
start.
+------->------>------>------ FEATURE
------>------->------->

So, we have only worked on "writing spec" (===)
and not on the FEATURE
(integration) process.
Hopefully now you see that "Jack's" problem has
not been resolved with
our documentation.
You have written [1] that "other teams outside Sun
cannot, or will not
follow this formal process in order." That was the
intention to remove
it because it has nothing to do Sun or not and also not with
the problem
we have tried to resolve with writing down this
documentation.
Maybe it is now more clear that you have typed words at the
wrong place.
Cu,
Jogi
