Wrote a spec - what is next? (or how to find resposible persons)

Yeah - and that is the problem. The iTeam. - How would I
gather the
"team". Finding people with interest is not the
problem. I have somebody
who wants the feature, I have somebody who is willing to
test. I learned
that "lead" is not a project lead, but the
driver of the feature. So
what is hindering me of just using a stauts of
"Standard"?
