Additionally to categorization, an extra Spec: namespace
would have the
advantage that a wiki search may be restricted to just that
namespace.

Mediawiki namespaces have (imo) the major flaw that the
current 
namespace is not the default. The main namespace is used by
default in 
links and you have to mention specs: otherwise.
