Spec Template 1:2

Hi Jogi,
why do you (plural) promote the "new" spec
template (2.0) on 
specs.openoffice.org and announce an update on this alias
when it is 
still beta??

While working under time constraints I have the need for a
robust and 
reliable tool for writing specifications. The
"beta" state does not 
support my confidence level in this respect.
