I have a report that dumps to Excel
(symbolic link file). It is created by a selection from a view. ; We
added some additional information and one of the new columns will only allow us
to insert up to 64 characters. If we try to exceed that limit we get an
Excel error that says “Cannot read record number XXX”. There
are no special characters in the string and all the other cells work
correctly. ; Some containing large amounts of data. ; Not sure why we
are getting this error on only this field. We have restricted the
spreadsheet to only display this column and still receive the error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
