problem with linphone

Hello,

I could not start linphone while  orca is running.
gnome 2.18 under debian unstable.
orca from todays svn.

I tried to unset GTK_MODULES in a gnome-terminal then I
could start it.
With GTK_MODULS set the following message 
was shown:

GTK Accessibility Module initialized

GThread-ERROR **: GThread system may only be initialized
once.
aborting...


Any Ideas?
