at-spi no spec file

Hi,

I compiled at-spi-1.21.92 from a tarball this morning and
discovered that there is no spec file produced.

Shouldn't there be a spec file?
I would like to do an rpmbuild on enterprise linux to have a
correct rpm package for the latest at-spi.
