orca 2.23

Hello list members.
I just ran through the 2.22.13 install without a single
problem and all is working fine!
I am not sure what the current issue is, if anyone can shed
some light on the problem I would love to provide any help 
that might be of some use.

I think the issue has been solved now that those who didn't
run autogen.sh
when upgrading to the latest development version know that
they need to do so,
then re-install Orca with make install.

So far, this appears to be the only problem.
