-Strong experience in Java/J2EE
-Strong experience with IBM Websphere
-Working with IBM MQseries
-Good communication skills
-Experience in Onsite-offshore model
 
Requirement #2(Same skill set as above addition to Rational
Clear case admin
role)
-Strong experience in Java/J2EE
-Strong experience with IBM Websphere
-Working with IBM MQseries
-Good communication skills
-Experience in Onsite-offshore model
-Working experience with Rational Clearcase, more on the
admin side, more
