Senior level SQL Server Business Intelligence Architect
Duration: 2 - 3 Months          ;   
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

 

 

 

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MDX QUERY REPORTING SKILLS, BUSINESS SCORECARD MANAGER, AND MICROSOFT REPORTING SERVICES.

 

Minimum Requirements:
Must have extensive experience in Database design, warehousing, administration and development in SQL 2000 and 2005 environment.  Experience in the following areas is a must:

  - Business Intelligence Reporting    ;           ;

  - Dimensional Data Modeling
  - Cube Design
  - Distribution to Data Marts
  - Data Warehouse Architecture Design and Aggregation
  - Data Scrubbing    ;           ;           ;           ;           ;  
  - Database Optimization
  - Shell Scripting and Scheduling  ;           ;   
  - Creation of Entity Relations Diagrams
  - Development of Extracation Transformation and Load procedures
  - Development of MOLAP Processes    ;           ; 
  - Creation of Meta Data Repositories
  - Development of Stored Procedures  ;           ;   
  - Creation of Custom Analytical Applications
  - Procedures and Rules Development
  - Application Development           ;     
  - Automatic Undo Management
  - Requirements Definition & Analysis      ;           ;           ;     
  - Security Management  ;           ;   

 

Required Tools:
Must have at least 5 years of experience with the following, with no less than 5 migrations/implementations in SQL 2005

 

  - Microsoft® SQL Server 2000 and 2005   ;           ;  
  - Microsoft® Reporting Services for 2000 and 2005
 ; - Microsoft® Business Scorecard Manager 2005*
  - T-SQL and MDX Queries        ;        
  - Microsoft®  BI and Management Studio 2005*
  - Microsoft®  Query Analyzer and Enterprise Manager 2000

 

Candidate will be responsible for building data marts from start to finish so they need to have solid experience in this. ; Candidate also needs solid reporting skills.
