Need SAP Business Analyst ASAP......

Job Description:

Business Analyst that will interview the HR (including payroll & employee services) to determine business needs to SAP HR system. Then create documentation, including detail scripts and testing in SAP. See below.

• Provide technical guidance to team
• Perform all necessary activities to elicit and document system requirements from business stakeholders;
• Perform all necessary activities to plan for and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all appropriate initiatives;
• Ability to see the big picture, organizational impacts and interdependencies within a business need;
• Experience in planning, managing, and performing UAT with various user groups;
• Proven ability to conceptualize, document and communicate business processes and requirements on multiple levels – from ‘Big Picture’ down to nuts and bolts;
• Structured problem solving skills; demonstrates ability to multitask.
 
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
• Human resources, including payroll experience preferred
• 1.5 years Business/Functional Analysis experience
• 1.5 years Testing experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP R/3
