Senior Test Engineer:
Development and execution of system release test procedures
for a
Windows/PC-based mission planning software application.
Analyze and intrpret system requirements, develop/execute
formal test
cases to verify software meets requirements, and conduct
formal test
case execution to the customer to demonstrate software meets
requirements.
Provide guidance and oversight to more junior staff, perform
as a
technical lead create and maintain progress metrics and test
metrics.
Recording of software anomalies identified during test
execution and
verification of their correction, enter Software Problem
Reports.
Environment is Windows 2000&XP, COM, .NET, Visual Basic,
Visual C++.
Defining the future.
Engineer with technical degree (Computer Science,
Engineering, Math, or
Physics). Experienced software/system tester previously
created/authored formal qualification test procedures/cases.
Experienced with Microsoft Windows or XP applications.
Proficient
knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required. Very high
verbal and
writted communication
