1) Get a good troubleshooting expert to handle Helpdesk Tickets

In the context of Landscape Design, the following skills:
1) Understanding Decisions for Co-locating subcomponents like CUA, SLD, etc.
2) Hardware Sizing & Virtualization
3) Infrastructure/Technical Security including, SSO
4) Backup & Restore Technology (vendors, hardware, best approach)
5) Technical Landscape Design (not logical)  hardware, should be a HP-UX person, not Windows
6) HA
7) DR

On monitoring and performance, recent experiences in:
1) Centralized Monitoring  setup and configuration
2) Knowledge of third party tools
3) Work closely with DBAs
4) Defining Key Performance Indicators, and documenting them
5) Establish performance benchmarks
6) Establish Incident Response process (reactive)
7) Define a proactive approach checklist

In the context of Change Management and Transports, following skills:
1) Knowledge of SAP best practices
2) Detailed process design for change management using CHARM (a must have for the probable candidate)
3) Full CHARM configuration
4) Determine processes and procedures for change management within DEV
5) Design and communicate the process of development, reviews, approvals etc.
6) Configure the system to implement the change management design

The plan as of now is a mid January start for both CNC administrators. CNC stands for Configurable Network Computing. Duration is around 12+ months for each. Contractors are fine. Greencard or US Citizens are acceptable.

No H1B at this time.

Solid verbal and written communication skills are a must.
The data center will be in Fort Lauderdale. They will need to be here onsite. They can travel to Fort Lauderdale each week or they may want to get an apartment (as long as it isn t more expensive than weekly travel).

Need two solid CNC administrators familiar with JDE (also called Enterprise ONE or E1) version 8.12 and the iSeries AS/400
o Probably at least 5 years experience
o Supports current production system, test and shakedown (pre-production) instances of JDE
? Creation of the new data environments in JDE

Mandatory
Multiple 8.12 installations
Extensive experience with iSeries platform for the Enterprise server
Extensive experience with Websphere software(iSeries/AIX)
Highly experienced in new CNC tool set(security, pkg build, Solution Explorer, etc)
