Quality Data Analyst

Nashville, Tennessee

Education and Experience:

Minimum 5 years in Quality or related position in
quantitative business
intelligence/metrics/reporting role. Minimum BS Engineering
Experience
with manufacturing quality data (yields, AFR, MTBF, etc.)
preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Complete
computer
literacy in all office programs Superior Microsoft Excel
skills (pivot
tables, etc.). Expert level skills with Corrective Action
methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience
with
manufacturing quality data (yields, AFR, MTBF, etc.)
preferred. Strong
verbal and written communication skills. Highly analytical
and able to
provide logic behind ideas. Flexible and willing to meet
ad-hoc
reporting requirements in a changing environment. Organized,
detail-oriented, and thorough. Substantial real-world
experience,
especially in data analysis, predictive modeling and
experimental
design. Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend
actions.
Ability to explain statistical concepts to
non-statisticians. Expertise
in statistical software (MiniTab, Statistica, SAS, or
similar).
Proficiency with databases
