Summary Position
Objective
The SAP Business Analyst is responsible for
gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing, configuring, testing
and supporting SAP Project Systems (PS) in a Professional Service provider
production environment
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities
·
Provide lead development support
for an SAP – Project Systems implementation.
·
Responsibilities include gathering
user requirements, analyzing and defining business process flows, and preparing
detailed methods and procedures related to an SAP implementation.
·
Design, configuration, test and
support ASAP methodologies for area of responsibility.
·
Assist data migration efforts by
analyzing data from an existing system in order to determine proper
transformation of data for use in SAP.
·
Analyze gaps between current
business processes and SAP Best Practices in order to recommend a preferred
implementation.
·
Serve as a member of the support
team for an SAP implementation, providing end-user support as well as educating
technical trainers.
·
Work with users, business and
technical stakeholders on defining revisions to an existing SAP production
system.

Other Requirements of
the Position
·
Strong working experience with SAP
technology, release 4.6 or 4.7.
·
Experience with a structured
methodology related to an SAP implementation such as Value SAP / Accelerated SAP
or other.
·
Strong working experience with SAP
Best Practices, Process Transformation and Training.
