Should have handled end to end recruitment process .

Complete knowledge on recruitment plan , Strategy & Client interface . 

  • 
Should be a good team player & should be able to handle the recruitment process independent . 

  • 
Should be a graduate / Any Hr Degree 

  • 
Min 5yrs Exp in IT Industry 

  • 
Well versed in Recruitment / Body Shopping / Professional Services 

  • 
He should have handled a team of 4 to 7.
