Pay Rate: $60-65/hr on Corp.

Specific skills are required in the modeling and creation of SAP BW data models.

Along with a general understanding of data modeling and warehousing, this candidate must be proficient in the use of:

* Performance techniques such as compression, aggregates and rollups

* Persistent Staging Area (PSA)

* BW Process Chains

* BW Enterprise Models

* Data extraction (ETL), cleansing and modeling tools (i.e. Erwin)

* Creating, validating, and documenting logical models

* Dimensional and normalized data models

* Data access methods and the corresponding performance ramifications

* The use of operational vs. multi-dimensional reporting

* Knowledge of integrating external data sources

* Knowledge of data access tools and their use for analytics

* ABAP coding experience preferred

* Knowledge of FICO, SD functional areas preferred

This candidate must be able to:

* Develop prototypes of data models for end-user evaluation

* Define data and meta-data management standards and strategies

* Work with business users and translate requirements into data objects

* Possess solid time management skills and be able to deliver results in an unstructured environment

* Excellent communication skills and be able to function in a diverse team

* Ability to create concise project plans and technical specifications.

2.  Business Objects XI Administrator / Developer

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $40-45/hr on Corp.

Required Skills Description

This position will be responsible for testing Business Objects Enterprise against multiple versions of windows and oracle to insure compatibility with mission critical software release. Results of the testing will be formally documented and presented to management.

This resource will work side by side with internal resources to transfer the knowledge including formal meetings to instruct on best practices.

In addition, this resource will work closely with internal resources to migrate the existing CE 9 environment to BO Enterprise utilizing an oracle CMS dB and transfer all existing users, reports, and saved instances.

If time is available, this resource will provide training to internal resources on Crystal Reports XI and BO Web Intelligence.
