This position requires not only strong technical skills, but experience working with external clients.  You will need to be comfortable in client meetings and possess the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical decision makers.  Outstanding communication skills and good bedside manner with clients is a must.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• 2 years experience developing in ASP.NET 2.0.
• Experience with Ajax and/or Atlas.
• Strong experience working with large databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience developing corporate intranets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients and project team members.
• Knowledge of and competence with core technologies related to the Web. 
• Ability to learn new technologies related to the Web.
• Ability to work with clients and end users to develop and document system requirements.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.
• Willing to travel for client calls as needed.

Additional requirements that we discussed:

1. He has 3.5 years of C#.NET and ASP.NET

2. He has 1.5 years of .NET 2.0

3. He has 6 months with SQL Server 2005, but total SQL Server 2000 = 6 years (since it came out)

4. He has 2.5 years of Web Services Development and Usage

5. He is currently a senior programmer, developing 100% of the time .
