Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in computer science or a related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience
• 2-3 years practical experience in supporting a multi-protocol network
• Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing a variety of current network tools
• Wide area network experience
• TCP/IP experience
• Routing Protocol experience (BGP, EIRGP, OSPF)
• Token ring and Ethernet topologies
• Router/Bridge experience
• IBM SNA experience, Unix , Hp Openview, Cisco Works
• Experience with network security and firewalls preferred
• Excellent customer service and client management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Must be willing to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment
