Software Development (General) — 4-5  years Software Development using OO Principals - 3+ ; years Software Development using Technologies ..NET,  XML/XSLT, ASP— 3+ years Software Development using ; C# — 3-4 years Database Development (General)  using SQL Server 2000 — 3+ years Database Development  using Transact SQL - 3+ years.

Web Development — 3+  years

Web UI Development (JavaScript, DHTML, CSS) — 3-4  years
