• Qualified professional with about 12 (twelve) years of extensive experience in the field of Business Analysis, working with the technical staff to implement management and staff's business requirements into the software application in Health, Banking and Mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of UML Modeling, including Use Cases, Sequence, State and Activity diagrams, business process flows and workflows.
• Extensive experience in project management best practices, processes, & methodologies including Rational Unified Process (RUP)

·   Provide implementation assessment, strategy, and mentoring services for Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Rose, Rational Clear Case, Microsoft Visio and MS Project.  

• Experience in conducting GAP analysis, ROI analysis, SWOT analysis and Cost benefit analysis. Good exposure in writing test plans and test scripts
• Highly proficient in working with users to gather requirements, analyze them and subsequently use the Rational design tools to model the requirements
• Strong analytical, verbal and presentation skills to enhance relations amongst team members as well as project sponsors.
• Effective in executing multiple tasks and assignments ahead of schedule.
• Experience in conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with end-users, Subject Matter Experts (SME's), Developers and QA teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to understand both business and technical needs from the clients and customers.
