 Job  title: Java/J2EE  Developer  

      Location: Boston,  MA   ;

      Target start ; date: 8/20/2007  ; 

      Length of  assignment: 6 months    Daily work  hours: 8    ;   

      Bill Rate: UPTO $70/hour -  higher for a really senior  guy....    ;   

 

 

  Scope of  position:    Assist in the development and technical design for  the    VRDN account management system  rewrite.        Main  Responsibilities:    Carry out assigned programming and design tasks  according    to existing requirements documentation and the  direction of    the project technical lead. Developing backend processes    and classes that communicate with other processes  remotely    and locally as well as interacting with a Sybase  database.    Unit testing developed code for quality  control.        Required ; Skills:    Previous experience developing web applications  using the  ;  J2EE architecture. Sybase, Java, JSP, Bean  Scripting Framework,  ;  Spring, Hibernate/ORM, JSF, XML, XSLT, JDBC.  Experience unit   ; testing developed code. Strong backend programming  skills    including building non-interactive processes for  data   ; processing and monitoring. ;       Desired Skill ; Set:    Apache Ofbiz, HTML/DHTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript,  DOJO, AJAX,    Informix, C, ESQL, Korn Shell, Linux, JBoss,  Apache, fixed income.     Configuration systems management experience  CVS, Subverison, RCS, etc.
