Project Manager (PAs) shall managing the development and deployment aspects of Clinical Development projects and programs.  Specifically;

•	Responsible for program management services across technical projects within the Clinical & Regulatory Information Services strategic development portfolio. 
•	Working directly with other Program Managers, Business Analysts, Account Managers, Solutions Managers and executives, installation and realization of high-value technology 
•;	Expertise in Project Management, Resource Acquisition, Merck IT Compliance, Integration, Strategic Sourcing, Shared Services Deployment and extensive business acumen is used to lead and mentor teams to deliver regulatory compliant projects, systems, products or services—often in tandemR12;into the organization.
R26;	Maturity and experience negotiating and building productive relationships with suppliers helps unsure success. 
•	Strong, appropriate domain experience; negotiation, communication, planning, metrics-development, management and motivational skills are used to function in a diverse, matrix environment. 

The required skills for this position are;

1.	Software application development project management skills (S)
2.	Solid knowledge of the Clinical Trial process and Clinical Trial Data (S)
3.	Working knowledge of CDISC standards including SDTM and ODM (M)
4.	Solid knowledge of the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technology (M)
5.	Strong teamwork skills and follow-up skills (S)
6.	Prior experience with Microsoft Project (M)
7.	Good written & oral communication skills (M)
8.	Knowledge of the software development cycle and quality standards and  compliance requirements for Validated systems (M)
