Software Developer (IQ)
Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for the analysis,
design,
programming, debugging and modification of our IQ. -
Understand the
business requirements from product marketing and convert
them to
technical design - Provide the design for and write the code
to meet
the requirements identified in the product specifications -
Keep up to
date with the latest and greatest tools and technologies -
Bring the
best tools and his past experience into the organization -
Create a
low coupled-extensible architecture
Candidate Profile - Proven experience developing and
maintaining
enterprise level J2EE applications - Excellent problem
solving skills,
focus on quality, and ability to multi-task - The ability to
clearly
document designs and implement the software based on the
design -
Excellent communication skills - Web Application development
including
Java, J2EE, Web Services, JSP, struts, and SWING - Hands-on
experience
with WebSphere, WebLogic or JBoss Application servers -
Unix, Windows,
Linux, UML, OOD, JUnit experience - DB2 or Oracle
experienced a plus -
Knowledge of source control systems, Perforce, a plus -
BS/MS in
computer science with 1-2 years experience
