These are not
technical Reporting positions. They are high level analysts that will be
communicating with Sr. Management in regards to how process and reporting
controls are set in the organization. This is a process analyst role.
Candidates
with Six Sigma exp. is a must.
They will handle
interviewing SMEs, report on the current process and create a new GLOBAL process
for all to follow.
This senior position
will be a key role within the BluePrint Oil Global Reporting
Team focusing on the
defining of Management Information Processes and creating a Global Reports
Catalogue for Front, Mid and Back office Reports.
These reports provide
detailed information for decision makers in Crude and Refined Products Trading
and Risk Control, management information to measure business performance,
scheduling information for operations as well as accounting information for
settlements, Monthly close, PNL investigations, etc...
This role has a broad
range of duties and requires excellent communications skills with various IT
teams as well as business stakeholders.
Primary
responsibilities:
Responsible for
meeting with SMEs to define skeleton To Be processes,
Performs Process
Modeling and Analysis for Management Information,
Gather and document
business process tasks from a system agnostic viewpoint,
Responsible for
organizing and facilitating requirements gathering workshops,
Review & determine
reporting requirements from inter-department process diagrams, Produce
documentation of functional requirements and specifications,
Foster an Attention to
Detail team attitude
Ability to mentor
junior team members
The position(s) will
interface with process analyst colleagues, IT developers as well as business
side clients across the Crude and Refined Products groups in both North America and abroad.
The
applicant will be expected to have a high level knowledge of analysis and
process modeling of business functions preferably in a Trading company.
Successful Reporting
Analyst is typically self motivated individuals who work well with others in an
environment with many unknowns.
The candidate must be
able to effectively manage their time and the use of other trading resources
time in an effort to deliver on schedule with a positive
attitude.
