 KEY  EXPERIENCE

 -3 years of  Performance Engineering required  -Experience  with LoadRunner which is our major application  -Experience  with windows operating systems –MCSE- candidate needs to have the  Microsoft background not negotiable  -Familiar  with .net technologies  -all  reporting is done in word and excel ; -Experience  in extracting data in logs, looking for patterns in what is happening and  provide reporting of problem and solution. Combine info from a number of  different places.

 -SQL –  experience with doing queries

 -Lead  current staff into how performance should work  -Ability to  read code and extract issues and provide solutions and  documentation  -Candidate  would need to enjoy doing Hardcore analysis due to the newness of this group and  come up with the abilities to quantify outcomes and solutions and  risks.

 -need to  have good practical experience and from a for profit company. Ideally a  software company candidate would have the knowledge base for what we are looking  for.

 -excellent ; communicator is critical and the ability to search out the best solution or  answers and also the ability to establish facts.

 -candidate ; should need minimal ramp up time

 

 Candidates ; with the following experience would not be a good fit for this position: crystal  reports/Unix/Java.
