Software Configuration Administrator for Java - Interest Rate Front-End (IRFE) System. 
The Software Configuration Administrator (SCA) is responsible for managing Java and Unix/Linux ClearCase software management product. 
Also, maintaining ClearCase Change Management and associated repositories for IRFE application suite. 
The SCA is responsible for application deployment capabilities streamline and unify the entire software development process.
