KEY EXPERIENCE:  Recon Plus for Windows v7.5 - REQUIRED; importance = 9; level = EXPERT; last used = within 1yr; experience 4-6yrs

 

Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.

 

work with business customers to document business requirements on work requests; complete Recon Plus work requests including building editing imp/exp formats, updating scheduled tasks; monitor daily processes & assist in problem ticket resolution; assist in correcting/streamlining Recon Plus daily processing; document existing system setups/configurations;
