Position : Network Communication Design - VOIP 1-3 Yrs

Location : Louisville CO

Duration : 6 Mths

Hourly rate : $50/hr

 

Description : Responsible for technical lead activities associated with pipeline and production support clients on the strategic leveraged Genesys application. The platform has multiple clients moving through the pipeline together. Once a deal is sold, we required Genesys platform technical expertise to take the client from development through to production. This requires a business understanding of the IVR application and environment as well. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energized by learning new technologies, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in teams or on their own. Responsibilities include: providing advanced Genesys IVR application support, resolving issues and risks within the technical scope of EDS' delivery, potentially working with vendors to ensure appropriate delivery of the application and functioning as an EDS primary contact for technical support through successful production implementation. On-call for clients in production.

 

Skills : Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) - 1-2 years
General IVR application development experience - 3-5 years
