 Location: N. of Boston -- needs car

 Rate: $55/hour

 Length: 6-12 months

 KEY  EXPERIENCE:

 

 Responsibilities –

   Design, Develop, Unit  Test to specification ,TIBCO  Business Works or java code.

   Support testing, production  turnovers and production support off hours.

   Review and understand  requirements with the BA.

   Work closely with all ISD  Investment Engineer/Architect to deliver quality product. Participate in  application design reviews.

   Follow Putnam SDM and  processes in all development phases.

 

 Technical Skills –

   TIBCO Business Works (atleast  1.5-2 year project development experience)

   Java/J2EE experience 

   Messaging experience within  TIBCO business works ( JMS and TIBCO rendezvous )

   Oracle database experience –  sql writing ability

   Team track for bug  tracking

   cvs for version  control

   Maven

   Experience in analyzing,  designing and testing complex business solutions.

   Atleast 8-10 years work  experience

 

  

 Business Knowledge

   Investment Systems preferably  trading systems

 

 Other Skills

   Solid analytic and problem  solving skills

   Strong team  player.

   Process-oriented.
