Duration : 6 mths

Hourly rate :$40/hr

 

Job Description: Responsible for the design, development, coding,  testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the  requirements of one or more user areas. May include hands-on new  development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing  applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify  complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates  alternative solutions and makes recommendations

Senior Programmer Yes  1 6 + Years

CA-7 Yes  1 6 + Years

Cobol (Any) Yes  1 6 + Years

Visio No  1 1 - 2 Years

REXX Yes  3 2 - 4 Years

MS Word No  1 2 - 4 Years

VSAM Yes  1 6 + Years

MQ Series No  1 2 - 4 Years

DB2 No  1 6 + Years

Assembly Language No  1 1 - 2 Years

DB2 Yes  1 6 + Years

Lotus Functions No  1 1 - 2 Years

File-AID Yes  2 2 - 4 Years

 

Additional Position  Requirements: Candidate should have a good background in Structured  Programming techniques, database design and program consolidation.

DB2

 Understand DB2 efficiency techniques

 Knowledge/experience with  stored procedures, and case structures  Understand how to prepare  modules for execution in multiple DB2 collections  Experience  capturing DB2 data and propagating to multiple DB2 environments 

 

 

VSAM

 Experience working with various types of VSAM files ; and structures  Must understand how VSAM works in application modules  Must understand how VSAM works in CICS  Must understand how to  define VSAM files and resolve VSAM issues

 

 

TESTING

  Ability to set up and document comprehensive test scenarios
