 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  Must have 5+ years experience in roles developing  applications and systems, for at least 3 different employers Must have either 3+ years experience in building and  managing a data warehouse or at least 3+ years in reporting and enterprise  analytics  DISPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

  Must be detail-oriented and motivated by working in a structured  environment that is highly regulated and managed Must be a self-starter that is naturally judicious, but  who still approaches work cautiously Must possess a high sense of the importance of business  urgencies Must be able to follow and contribute to team developed  standards Must have a high amount of professional integrity and  transparent personality combined with a healthy amount of discontent for  the status quo  SKILL-SET REQUIREMENTS:

  Must have advanced T-SQL language  skills

  Familiar with using a source code control  tool such as Microsoft Visual Source Safe

  Must have mid-level experience working with  Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

  Must have mid-level experience working with  a major ETL tool: Informatica, Ascential, SQL Server Integration Services  or DTS
