Security Architect/PM

Looking for a Security Architect/PM that 
can come in and make recommendations on setting up system security 
features.  
* They are looking for someone with 8-10 years of System 
security knowledge as it relates to industry compliance.
* The ideal 
candidate will have skills in setting up an enterprise wide Signal sign on 
package similar to Oracle ID Manager. (Other equivalent packages are acceptable, 
i.e. SiteMinder, etc.)
* Needs to be somewhat hands on, however able to 
mentor and direct the project is more important.
* Major system security 
implementation experience a must.
* Healthcare a plus, finance is a trade 
off
