Title - MS Exchange Engineer - Night Shift Work
Location - Parsippany, NJ
Duration - 6 Months
Rate - Open

It is a NIGHT SHIFT ROLE. 8pm - 4am, Sunday through Thursday
Pharma experience preferred. 
Previous on-call experience and previous night shift work required.

Must work in Parsippany location. 

Global Messaging Engineer


This is a hands-on, messaging administrator position.  Depth in mail and messaging related technologies listed below is essential in order to support this messaging operation’s role.

Activities Include:

-	Proactively administer and monitor Microsoft Exchange 2003 infrastructure along with the following Messaging related services:

o	BlackBerry
o	Symantec Enterprise Vault
o	Mail Relay
o	Proofpoint Anti-SPAM and Email Firewall Rules
o	Realtime Blackhole List (RBL)
o	Live Communications Server – Instant Messaging

o	Captaris Rightfax
o	NetIQ
o	TrendMicro

-	Quickly and accurately troubleshoot any and all problems that arise with any messaging production environment.
-	Follow well documented procedures for performing mailbox move requests, technical escalation procedures with vendors and for directing Directory Services escalations.
-	Work cross functionally to monitor and maintain all areas of the mail security infrastructure.
-	Ensure that best practices and industry standards are maintained in all areas as it relates to messaging operations.
-	Must be process driven in troubleshooting and abiding corporate procedures
-	Proven reliability including previous 24/7/365 on-call experience
-	Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
-	Working knowledge with DNS, WINS, DHCP
-	Working knowledge with Cisco routers, switches and CSS
-	Strong analytical skills
-	Strong organizational skills
-	Ability to work well under pressure
