Location : Mt. Laurel, NJ

Duration : 12 +months

Hourly rate : $40/hr

VoIP Performance Tester

 

Project Description:

·         Execute performance tests utilizing Ameritec and / or Crescendo load test equipment

·         Document test results and provide daily status

·         Independently troubleshoot basic issues with load tests

·         Work with various teams (including but not limited to other test teams and vendor resources) to perform in-depth troubleshooting of more complicated issues.

·         Work with other teams (including but not limited to other test teams) to assist with load test execution outside of individual team’;s responsibility.

·         Communicate status to Project Manager and / or client

 

Role within group:  VoIP Performance Test Associate

 

Required Skills:

1.      Voice Over IP Testing (2+ years of experience)

2.     Performance Testing (1 + years of experience) QTP, Load

3.     BTS or Cedarpoint (switch) exposure (1 + years of experience)

 

Desired Skills:

1.     Cable Industry Experience

2.     Ameritec or Crescendo Experience

3.     IXIA Experience

 

Soft Skills:

 

1.     Must be a strong communicator

2.     Thinks outside the box

3.     Works well with others

4.     Telecommunications is nice to have

5.     Self Starter
