BS in Accounting or Finance Required. Local candidates only. 
Candidate must work onsite in NY. Junior Accounting Role.
Looking for someone with a strong understanding of Accounting concepts

Individual must have a good personality and be enthusiastic about accounting. Minimum 2 years accounting experience in a financial reporting environment

Successful candidate will provide accounting and financial analysis support for an IT service/function within the Worldwide Technology Group.

Ideal position for college graduate or young professional looking to develop financial experience in large multi-national organization.

Primary Duties
•	Month end close activities including processing accruals, prepayments and reclasses.
•	Preparation of standard monthly reporting package.
•	Support the asset management and disposal process related to IT infrastructure and equipment. 
•	Assist with ad-hoc analyses and investigations. 
•	Participate in financial review meetings with IT and Finance management.

Training and Education Preferred:
•	BS Accounting or Finance
•	Minimum of 2 years accounting experience in a financial reporting environment.
•;	Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•	Effective verbal and written communication skills
•	Demonstrated competency as an intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•	Must bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
